Personality: 

Befriending and socializing with other students at Illustris academy did make her change, at least into a better person. While she doesn't lost her demeanor as a polite and good-mannered girl, she can be more casual and laid-back when she was with her friends. It was all due to comfort she found among her friends, especially after the unforunate event during the beach trip. The incident at the beach leads her to be more clingy to the point of annoying, and can escalate further as she is still timid. She is also more straightforward and honest in voicing her opinion, as well as scolding people, however these traits could be taken as rude and offensive due to her blunt nature. 

Aura still had pride inside her, being a wealthy daughter of a rich family, however her pride is less than four years ago. As most of people around her are modest and kind, they influence Aura not to boast too much and learned how to be more humble and friendlier. Although she often forgetting things, oblivious, and easily distracted when she founds something so interesting, overall Aura keeps her nature of being benevolent and compassionate.

Biography:

Born in France, but grew up in Indonesia, Aura is a sole child of a family. Her father is Indonesian, and her mother is French. Inherited most of her mother’s feature, she is a daughter of a couple who owned several hotels and bars at Indonesia and France.

Since birth, Aura was not really close with their parents. Their parents were mostly busy with their business as handling such a huge work was time-consuming. Albeit they seemed harmonic and close in the family, Aura was still closer with her nanny and maids. Even when she visited her parents’ hotel, she’s closer even to hotel cleaners, bartenders, and bellboys compared to her parents.

Still, even though the parents weren’t so close, Aura was taught simple basic things and mannerisms. Her parents wanted her to have a bright future with good academic skills. Not long after, they sent her to a high-classed kindergarten school with a really good education.

When Aura’s parents decided to open a new branch of their business in UK, she moved with her parents. Her parents would be even busier managing the hotel and bar for a meantime, so they enrolled their daughter to an excellent academy which also provided a living place, Illustris Academy.

Aura was pretty reluctant to be separated from her family, her nanny, maids, and people who worked at the hotel. She was pretty insecure that she had to stay alone and mingle with complete strangers. However, her nanny managed to persuade Aura with her smooth talking ability to encourage the little girl. At least, in this place Aura could learn to put a strong front to not embarrass her family name.

Elementary year at Illustris

Spending her time at Illustris, Aura slowly learned how to take care of herself. She had difficulties in adapting to the new environment, but she finally managed. Spending her time outside her parents' and nanny's watch could lead her to break a few school rules (such as sneaking out during lunch hour), however her experience befriended with other children made her less lonely. Everything went well in general, until one unfortunate day during a school trip at the beach. A monstrous minotaur--adressed as seataur--emerged from an ocean, scaring all the children and washed them ashore with a tidal wave. Aura at that time made an effort to help a girl named Polina, however her attempts ended up wasted as the other girl ended up died. Although the teachers covered her death up with 'being drowned', the beach incident and Polina's death cause an impact to Aura to be more timid and more clingy with her friends.

First friend Aura met at school, also the first one who offered her to break school rules. From a friendly lunch into trespassing through an off-limits library, Aura and Rion had a great time together learning arts. They have the same taste in art and culture, both of them appreciate origami and batik culture and learn from each other. Rion had drawn Aura’s adventurous traits and enjoyment qualities even from something against the school rules, and she didn’t regret going with him at all.

Another friend Aura liked. Meeting Jeremie draws out Aura's positive traits as he is a friendly, cheerful and upbeat boy. Albeit being oblivious and cheeky, Aura enjoyed his companion so much to the point that she finds comfort around him as a friend. She will not hesitate to go to him if she needs to form a group for classes activities. Though, she wishes he doesn't show his bugs collections often which can send the girl flee in fear. Putting that aside, Jeremie manages to make Aura adore horned beetles.

Upon their first encounter at the beach, Aura finds Akira annoying, seeing his reactions being salty and rude. However, Akira teaches Aura not to judge a person from its cover. As their further interaction budding their friendship, Aura finds Akira understanding and down to earth despire of his moody nature. His humble demeanor manages to draw out Aura's sincerity and honesty, and as the result, Aura tends to be more patient and tolerable of Akira due to his difficulty in adaptation, and keeps him from arguing with others (if she can). If she ever feel timid and threatened, Akira will be the first person she will run onto as she sees him reliable.
