card sample - Jack of spring

bad news. very bad news. the lecturer decided not to give us the extension. bloody hell... he said that the time to give mark for mid-term has a deadline too. well IMHO, if that so, why did he give this as mid-term exam?


I admit that I'm quite perfectionist about this one, and that made me slow in coloring, but even my friends can't make it on time (although there are some who are already done, I envy you guys DX). a friend of mine who earlier was confident that he could finish it on time, now changed his opinion. earlier he said that I put the quality as priority, but later he felt that he couldn't make it on time too (sorry, I don't mean to be arrogant). it's just too much, even my drawing lecturer was surprised that we have to make 52+2 cards


it's impossible for me to make 35 cards in one day, all I can do is only give my best. hope the others can't finish on time too, so finally he give us extension ;w;



oh well, I rant on this space rather than give info about the pict. sorry m(_ _)m

special cards. Ace, Jack, Queen, King, the preview is similarly like this with bg according to season (except Joker with a bit different one). took a lot of time to do it, but I enjoyed it so much


but the color in RGB mode is so awful here I use CMYK as my standard coloring, important for printing later and of course the colors looks much better in CMYK mode
